DELIVERY
Orders are normally despatched using DPD local. We normally despatch within 7 days and try to despatch quicker whenever we can. If there are any delays we will inform you in good time. You will receive an email when we place the order with DPD from which you can track delivery.
NAME
If you have ordered a name to be added to the blocks this is done using custom cut glitter letters and applied on the shorter side of the blocks. Please bear in mind that the name goes vertically so adding a full stop within the name , ie "joe. g" does not look good as it does not read very well vertically.
SPECIAL COLOURS
We can produce special colours or leave tops blank but this is subject to our workload and limitations of supply of materials in the current climate. We always aim to help and will if at all possible.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you wish to return it or consider it faulty please contact us within 30 days and we will issue a return label for you to return it. Once received we will issue a refund via the same payment method.
